Salvador Dali on "What's My Line?" Posted by: kembrew
Video duration: 561 seconds This ten minute clip is drawn from the famous 1950s game show, and it's quite surreal. I don't use the word surreal loosely: the special guest is Salvador Dali. Related: dali, game, salvador, show Display Video Comments | Hide Video Comments | Add Comment |

Won't You Be My Neighbor? Posted by: kembrew
Video duration: 554 seconds Mister Rogers released a number of records in the 1960s and 1970s that contained weird segments that I sampled and collaged, mixing in drums, noises and a bass line from a band named Bedhead. I didn't rearrange Mister Rogers' sentences, so many of the things that sound out of context are also messed up in context ("you can never go down the drain," for instance). Dali is so talented and his skills encompass such a wide variety of possible guesses from the contestants, the show ends up hilarious. Plus he answered "yes" when asked if he did sports and athletics. Definitely favorited.

Vain, selfish, shallow, but first class self-promoter, one of the most overrated artists of the 20th century.

By: dosdenoviembre. on 21 Dec 08, 07:00:50
en esos años la demensia senil de Dalí ya se estaba gestando... pero se le llamaba genialidad.
By: Froodi. on 21 Dec 08, 01:14:33
I heard Dali ate for free quite regularly in restaurants as he would just sign a napkin and that was then worth 100 times more than the food bill :) I wonder who bagged the board he wrote on.
