IMO I think this song can have many meanings. Put yourself in the shoes of the person singing it not Roger Waters, but just a guy. His life can be hard and he wants to give up sometimes. Other people see him as someone he is not ("This is not who I am"). He isnt happy with himself but then he remembers his childhood and what he wanted to be as an adult. He then sees that everything he has ever wanted to be never came true ("The child has grown, the dream is gone"). He then changes for the best.

So I know everyone has been commenting this but I don't care. Pink Floyd and FallOutBoy are simply uncomparable. Pink Floyd is classic rock while fob is emo, alternative, what have you. While I think fall out boy is fun to listen to, Pink Floyd wasn't about amazing vocals it was about MUSIC. Hell, that's what the 70's was about. Please grow up, and listen to something real.

Wall-E is a rather complex film especially thematically when compared to other Disney films; it has been imbued with the essence of comedy, yet at the same time it is darkly satirical (just consider the setting of the film). This may pose problems for kids to understand the film completely. Nevertheless, I think that Wall-E is definitely a breakthrough in the series of Disney films, and should be made comparable to the Dark Knight, only in a less morbid and upsetting way.

I just got done performing with Naturally 7 at Miami University in Oxford. Here's their take as quoted from Jamal: "We try to imitate the way the instrument sounds acoustically as close as possible. After that, if the instrument would normally go through a distortion pedal or something to create an effect, we put our voices through that same equipment." Hope that clears all this up. They are a truly amazing group, and a pleasure on and off the stage.

on this video he IS using distortion at 3:19. if you watch that 'Jamal guitar solo - naturally 7' video in the Related videos section on the right, you can hear him doing the guitar sound without distortion and it sounds different. I study sound design at college and used to beatbox semi-professionally for a very short time so I know a lot of stuff about editing sound and using distortion to imitate a guitar is used by lots of beatboxers and accapella groups
