first time i heard this song, i was sitting alone in Burger King, having a fast coffee inbetween two meetings, his voice and the words were so touching, i started crying. Since than i avoidet hearing this again. Its still painful

God! This song is amazing! When he first started, just the first chord I thought "this is the kind of melody that hits my soul as an arrow" (corny comparison maybe but itīs true and I feel it with certain things, like Fruscianteīs solos and some other things). And you are right! Hadnīt realized when I saw "Hurt" it would be NIN cover. When I saw NIN live and played this song there were thousands of people but an absolute silence invaded the field. Incredibly powerful. Thanks for this!

I am in tears...gets me everytime! Johnny Cash was simply one of the greatest and influential musical icons of the 20th Century! What an amazing career & man! He had lots of demons to cope with in his life...he overcame some - some beat him...I hope we all can live and die as he did...with dignity & respect! His best collaboration I think was with U2 "The Wanderer" amazing song! Bono was at his funeral & they did a tribute concert for johnny! RIP JOHNNY CASH...WE MISS YOU SIR!
