First of all let me say you're incredibly closed-minded. Second the Constitution was not invented it was written, and because the Articles of Confederation didn't allow the federal government an extreme amount of power. Third there was a little thing Jefferson insisted be included called the Bill of Rights, which allows people like "me" the right to have and to state my opinion.
