Yes, the S.T.A.L.K.E.R franchise will most likely come to Xbox 360 in 2009. GSC Game World got certified to make games on the Xbox 360 in November 2007. Don't worry PC gamers, GSC has said that they are glad they can finally become a multiplatform company, but the PC will still be their #1. I can't wait!

You're basically going to need a new PC. Allways look at the "recommended" specs when purchasing a game rather than the minimum. While you can get a good graphics card pretty cheap, the rest of your system will bottleneck it.

You should upgrade CPU and RAM first cause they are cheapest and give best effectivness increase. An average dual-core and like 2GB of memory will boost your PC big time. If you go for good result then get vista beside new GPU, no vista = no dx 10 :).

the game takes forever to load and its incredebly slow so slow that the cutscenes get cut off and the characters disappear. also when i move a few steps the sound dont come then the game stops then you hear the sound and when that keeps happening the game freezes you should know the requirements can you compare it to my computer dell dimension 4600 pentium 4 512 ram windows xp anyway i have in a expert computer friend he suggested the graphics card is just too old i should get a new one

i have stalker clear sky on windows xpthe framerate is rubbish 5 seconds for each step do you think it has something to do with my ram i mean the graphics card is handling it and i make sure no other programs are running but im not sure about my cpu

Using CPU-Control i reduced loading times good deal. Not sure about fps though, it goes below 25 when frapsing if someone starts speaking on vent.

You can get like 32 different weapons and upgrade them the way you want. Armor can be upgraded to help survive gunfights or anomalies. Guns can be upgraded for assault and accurate firing.

For those of you having problems maintaining a playable framerate with this game (and if you happen to have Vista like I do) then you should try running the game in compatibility for Windows XP. I don't know why, but it my framerate improved dramatically from 1-15 to about 25-45 most of the time.

Nah man, after leveling a druid and warlock, I gotta say the warlock was way more easier at leveling because you could kill 6 mobs at once. Granted I could do the same its just that the warlock does it faster.

Feral owns at leveling, maybe be even faster then warlock cause of runspeed talent, early fly form and imp leader of pack. Balance is better till cat form though. And thanks :)

I Have a level 49 balance druid, and planning on leveling him. The only problem is that it is pretty annoying to level, but if you want to mostly pvp than go balance.
